Keto Brownies

 

 

These low carb brownies are so rich and fudgy it’s hard to distinguish them from the real thing. A welcoming treat for the chocolate lover’s sweet tooth.

 

This low carb keto brownies recipe is made with just 6 natural ingredients. They are dense, fudgy, and very easy to make!

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

1/2 cup Butter

 

9 oz Sugar-free dark chocolate

 

3/4 cup Almond flour

 

2 tbsp Cocoa powder

 

3 large Eggs

 

1 tsp Liquid Stevia Sweetener

 

3/4 cup Almond flour

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line a baking pan with paper and oil daintily.

 

Place butter and chocolate in a bowl over, not in, a pan of boiling water removed from the heat, stirring occasionally, until melted. Set aside to cool

 

Meanwhile, beat eggs and stevia with electric mixer on low speed until pale.

 

When the chocolate mixture has cooled, whisk in the eggs and stevia.

 

Add  almond flour and cocoa powder. Beat on low until incorporated,  increase speed to medium and beat just until blended. Don’t overmix.

 

Pour into pan, smooth top with spatula. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out with only a few moist crumbs stuck to it, 15 to 20 minutes.

 

Cool in pan, cut into squares.
